Increased understanding and comprehension are essential to expanding your capacity to be a benefit to the people around you.
So often our lack of knowledge in an area is used as a reason to not take action in a given circumstance. We hear the car in the grocery store parking lot struggling to start but keep walking because “I don’t know anything about cars.” Or we see the car accident and keep driving because “I don’t know what to do anyways.” There are multiple layers to why we may have that kind of response but one simple reason may be that we genuinely lack the knowledge.
Our workshops are a chance to work on specific skill sets for the purpose of making us better assets to our families, friends and communities. We strive to have our workshops be as hands on as possible as we believe that many men are kinesthetic learners. Our topics have ranged from auto mechanics to basic first aid to fundamental construction skills.
Be sure to check back for when we list the next upcoming workshop.
